Todd sees potential everywhere, creates space for it to grow through strategic fundraising and community partnerships, and serves as an incredible resource whether you’re just getting started or scaling up. He’s the master connector who brings together investors, mentors, and entrepreneurs while keeping our ecosystem thriving. Fair warning: he might burst into song at any moment.

Ann is the strategic architect who takes all our brilliant ideas and weaves them into a cohesive long-term strategy. As our Integrator, she leads EOS meetings, manages projects, and keeps our financial house in order. With 15+ years spanning corporate finance, municipal government, and entrepreneurial ventures including her own fractional CFO business, Ann has mastered the art of turning chaos into systems that actually work. She brings the same passion to organizational challenges that she brings to college football Saturdays and New Orleans Saints game days, diving into every problem with energy and dedication. She sees the vision and creates the roadmap to make it reality, ensuring the financial strategy aligns with operational execution. Ann loves a good spreadsheet almost as much as The Golden Girls (cue the theme song)

Nick is your entrepreneurial sherpa who genuinely wants you to win. With infectious enthusiasm and a Master’s in Leadership and Communication, he’s the one cheering you on while equipping you with the best practices, resources, and knowledge you need to succeed. Nick doesn’t just want to help you climb the mountain – he wants to teach you to be your own guide so you can conquer every peak ahead. A helper by nature, he’ll try to tackle anything and believes in doing the hard work once so it’s easy going forward. Whether he’s designing programs that meet you exactly where you are, connecting you with the perfect mentor, or automating systems to make your journey smoother, Nick’s mission is empowering you with everything you need to thrive independently. When he’s not cheering on entrepreneurs, you might find him cheering on Atlanta United or capturing the perfect shot with his camera. He’s the guy who celebrates your wins like they’re his own, learns from your challenges to help the next founder, and constantly adapts our programming to serve every entrepreneur’s unique path.

Braxton is the hands-on innovator who turns ideas into tangible prototypes, taking your concept to an actual, physical thing. As our Lab Manager, he’s building the Innovation Portal’s prototyping lab from the ground up, creating a space where entrepreneurs can rapidly develop and test their minimum viable products (MVPs). With a Computer Engineering background and experience in automation systems, 3D printing, and AI/machine learning, this winner of the 2025 Launch USA program brings both technical skills and entrepreneurial energy to everything he touches. When he’s not optimizing 3D printing processes or establishing lab safety protocols, you might find him strategizing over Dungeons & Dragons or Magic: The Gathering. Braxton believes in the power of making things real and serves as the bridge between imagination and implementation, helping entrepreneurs move from sketch to prototype to product.

Jahdia is the systematic thinker who transforms big dreams into manageable reality through organized processes and financial clarity. With a background in mathematics, statistics, and philosophy, she brings analytical precision to project coordination and financial oversight. Jahdia’s superpower is seeing the end goal and creating the path to get there. She’s the detail-oriented problem-solver who spots inefficiencies, documents processes, and builds the operational backbone that lets everyone else focus on serving entrepreneurs. When she’s not coordinating internal programs, liaising with bookkeepers, or optimizing workflows, you’ll find her enjoying a perfect cup of tea (and if you discover a great teacup, definitely keep her in the loop). Jahdia ensures Innovation Portal runs like the well-oiled machine our ecosystem deserves – she’s the silent assassin making sure every project stays on track.

Paul is the tech leader who helps entrepreneurs and young talent think big and succeed even bigger in our ever-evolving tech world and AI evolution. With a computer science degree from Morehouse and experience building scalable systems, he brings serious technical expertise to Innovation Portal’s mission. Paul’s won numerous awards and even delivered a TEDx Mobile talk, but his real superpower is making cutting-edge technology accessible. Whether he’s helping founders leverage emerging tech to solve problems, mentoring junior engineers, or guiding the next generation of tech leaders, Paul is passionate about cultivating young talent in our ecosystem. He believes the future belongs to those who can harness technology thoughtfully, and he’s dedicated to ensuring Mobile’s entrepreneurs and emerging tech talent have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to build solutions that matter. Alex is the warm smile that greets you the moment you walk through our doors. As our Front of House Coordinator, she’s the master of first impressions and the go-to problem-solver who makes sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. With a background in operations, events, and hospitality, Alex brings infectious energy to keeping Innovation Portal running smoothly. She’s the one making sure members have what they need, guests feel at home, vendors show up on time, and every event goes off without a hitch. Alex has never met a stranger and has a knack for connecting with people while keeping all the operational details humming in the background. When she’s not coordinating logistics or setting up for the next big event, you might catch her humming songs from Hamilton or another hit showtune.

Jay is Innovation Portal’s inaugural Entrepreneur-in-Residence, building the foundation for what this program will become while pursuing his own venture. Jay brings serious technical chops and entrepreneurial vision to the role. As our first EiR, he’s creating the playbook for future EiRs while tackling a big industry problem himself. Jay’s dual mission is building a repeatable program framework that sets future EiRs up for success and launching his own venture by the end of his tenure. He’s already been a force in Mobile’s ecosystem, winning the Hatchathon and helping shape our 2025 TechAcademy program. Jay is the approachable AI expert who believes technology should solve real problems and is passionate about ensuring entrepreneurs have the data, resources, and support they need to go after those big challenges.
